    Please provide some more information on this problem.

    When you start your PC, what is the sequence you see, do you see the PC manufacturers log screen, then do you see the spinning dots to indicate Windows is starting, then do you see the login screen, and can you log into Windows.

    At what point does the startup fail and if you are seeing an error screen, please provide a photo of that screen.
