"Speech Recognition Could Not Start" Windows 11 Issue Every Time PC Starts Up?

Hello,

I am not sure how to get rid of this warning every time I start my PC. I have gone to control panel to see if I can uninstall it, and there is nothing on there. I have gone into audio settings to see if I can fix the issue and nothing. I have attempted to look for it on the start options, and no luck.

Any insight on how to stop this error from popping up every time I start my PC? Thank you.

About the issue you are experiencing, I think it's worth a try to disable speech recognition from "Ease of Access", please follow these instructions:

    1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
    2. Type "control" and hit Enter to open the Control Panel.
    3. Navigate to "Ease of Access" - "Speech Recognition."
    4. Click on "Advanced speech options" and then uncheck "Run Speech Recognition at startup."
    5. Apply changes and click OK. Then restart, see if the issue persists.

Let me know if this works for you.
