I want to factory reset my windows 11 PC but it's stuck on the asrock screen

    Since your PC is stuck on the ASRock screen, please try to access Windows RE and reset from there:

    Start your PC, and when you see the loading dots, press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds to forcefully shut down.

    Do this 2-3 times. This will enter you into the Windows Troubleshooting environment.

    From the Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot > Reset This PC.
