Can I Safely Delete Primary/Basic Data Partitions?

I have multiple "primary partitions" and "basic data partitions" with no letter paths and no data on them. They are all roughly 500mb. I believe they were created as accidental byproducts of restoring disk data and partitions; however, I am not certain. Is it safe to delete these volumes and combine them with my main partition which is in use?

EDIT:

I assigned the volumes letters and every one of them showed that they stored data in the properties page. They did not have any files in file explorer though, so I used Windows Directory Statistics to see if the volumes did actually contain data. It turned out that two of them had recovery data and one of them had recovery data plus $RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information. My question now is, do I need these additional recovery volumes? The partition manager doesn't recognize them as such and both drives containing them have their own true recovery volumes. They seem sort of pointless, but is it safe to delete them?

Only one of them is in use per Windows installation. Identify the one in use by running

    reagentc /info

    in command prompt.

Hi NolanMeas, I hope your doing well and let me try to assist you with your questions.

About the hidden partitions that is accompanied that is in the drive where your Windows is installed. These partitions are usually the System Reserved (EFI System Partition) and the Recovery Partition. Both of them has a storage size of 300 to 500mb. These partitions is used by Windows, depending on the service when needed. I would advise not to remove them as it may result to Windows not working properly.

If you want you can visit the page from Microsoft for more detailed descriptions about these partitions founded in the link below
