    I see. In that case, no, they are not sensitive information, nor can they be used to track you for example. It provides information about the device/product itself, not for tracking purpose.

    Since your question is not very specific regarding what type of product ID or device ID, in general, yes, it is not a good idea to protect your privacy and security, I wouldn't suggest sharing any unique serial number for example, that can be unique to your device only.

    However, if it is just like model number which is not unique to your particular product/device only, or device name, that can be easily changed, then it is typically harmeless.
