Based on the following article: Add or Remove Critical battery action from Power Options in Windows | Tutorials (tenforums.com)
- Open the Registry Editor by pressing the Windows key + R, typing "regedit," and pressing Enter.
- Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\e73a048d-bf27-4f12-9731-8b2076e8891f\637ea02f-bbcb-4015-8e2c-a1c7b9c0b546 3. Create a new DWORD value named "Attributes" and set its value to 2. This will add the "Critical battery action" option for the critical battery level.
Let me know if this helps.
