ssd keeps disconnecting. why?

My previous 1.8 tb hard disk got corrupted and i replaced with 1tb ssd. the ssd keeps getting disconnected while playing video games, after I shut down and start up again it works fine for a while until it disconnects again. any solution?

    That error signifies that the drive(HardDisk0) is failing. Open Disk Management and check which one is Harddrive0.

    If it is the SSD, then either the SSD is failing or the drive controller is faulty. Take the SSD out and put it in another PC, if it works, then there's something wrong with either the Drive controller or motherboard or both.

    It might be that the cable is causing a lose of connection.

    Try changing the cable or place the drive and cable in such a place where it doesn't get moved or touched during usage.

    I gave my pc to a repair shop to insert the ssd so i cant see the ssd or the wire connecting it to my pc I added a image showing what the software you told me to download shows

    Download CrystalDiskInfo and run it to see the SSD status. What does it say?

    Also, the internal connector cable might have gotten loose somehow. What type of SSD is it?

    it is a internal ssd in a place i cant reach the ssd disconnects randomly without the pc getting moved or touched for example i left my pc on to download a game and when i came back there was a error and the ssd had disconnected it couldnt have been moved or touched. any other reasons why this is happening?
