The 2010 Visual C++ redistributables are needed to fix the VCOMP100.DLL error. Install both 64 and 32 bit for x64 Windows:

    64 bit: https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/5/165255E7-1014-4D0A-B094-B6A430A6BFFC/vcredist_x64.exe

    32 bit: https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/5/165255E7-1014-4D0A-B094-B6A430A6BFFC/vcredist_x86.exe

    Hello, I'm here to help.

Please visit this link: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe to download the Visual C runtime library, which should solve the problem.
