I cannot access website and apps like steam

I recently down my alienware 15 from win11 to win10. For the first week all things were good. But yesterday there was a system update. After it I couldn’t access most website and apps like steam and battlenet today. Both chromo and edge told me the website I tried to access are dangerous. It shouldn’t be killer wireless software problem because I didn’t find it in control plane. How can I fix it. And I also reset my laptop again therefore I couldn’t go back to patch before update. Sad. I type it using phone therefore forgive me for some spelling errors.
