How to increase Nvidia dedicated GPU (dual gpu)

Hi, I use a Lenovo laptop that has 2 GPU (Intel UHD and Nvidia MX130)
Intel UHD has 4gb total vram, however Nvidia graphics card is divided 2GB for dedicated VRAM and 3.9GB for shared VRAM
All computer processes utilize the intel graphics card only. And gaming uses only 2GB VRAM from Nvidia card. So the 3.9GB shared is sitting idle...
Any idea how to increase the dedicated VRAM for Nvidia...
I've seen other posts but none works,,,
Thanks...

There possible some Bios setting, I know there is a software the Nvidia has for their GPU that allow you to control the settings which is this https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-ex... but outside of that not really your either buy a new GPU or in your case a new laptop is the GPU is not imbedded on the Mobo. The reddit link I sent also explain it as well even though it talk about the integrated on it applies to the Nvidia one as well. You can also in crease the ram as well

this should also explain the Nvidia side of it even though it might not be your GPU but the process is the same https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/gef...

I really boils down to increase ram, get a new GPU( its a laptop so really can't) or get a new laptop or purchase a desktop that allow you to swap GPU easy. Dependent on what you change can cause more harm that good

I understand it is not possible to increase from the Intel integrated GPU. But is it also not possible to do it for the Nvidia GPU as well?
    Thanks for the reply

Hi my name is Tamir, I'm independent advisor with Microsoft, I was able to do some research on this for you and sadly you can not increase it. the VRam or dedicated memory is affixed to the video card/GPU, and since your laptop is using the intel graphics card only which means it pulling from the CPU which is soldered on the mobo you can change that, outside getting a dedicated GPU which for most laptop you can not. here is link for my explanation that i found for you
