Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

Usually, this problem is caused by cached information on the browser, clearing the browser cache should fix this problem.

1-Open the browser then press Ctrl+Shift+Delete

2-Change the time range to "All time"

3-Check all options then click on the Clear button.

4-Relaunch the browser and check if the problem is fixed

Alert: This procedure will delete all cached files including saved passwords and autofill information.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions or the problem persists, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

Here are other possible causes for this problem.

-A third-party antivirus or VPN app is blocking the connection. If you have any third-party antivirus or VPN app, disable it temporarily and check if the problem is fixed.

-A corruption of the network settings. Resetting the network settings should fix the problem.

1-Click on Start then click on Settings

    2-Click on Network & Internet

3-Scroll down, click on "Network reset" then click on "Reset now"

4-Reboot your PC and check if the problem is fixed

-A problem with the browser. If you have another browser, try to access these websites using another browser and check if the problem persists.

-A problem with your Internet connection. Try to access these websites using another computer/cell phone connected to the same network and check if you have the same problem on the other devices. If the same problem happens using other devices, the problem is on your internet connection and you will need to contact your internet provider.
