Hello,
I have done so and they are still undetectable. I have tried two other laptops as well, and it is yielding the same results, so the laptop cannot be the common factor.

Yesterday my work laptop slid off my desk. It pulled the USB-C out of the port. The USB-C is connected to a Lenovo dock, which in turn, are connected to two monitors. Since then, I cannot get my monitors to be detected.

At this point, I’m not sure what to do. It’s clearly not a driver issue, cord issue, or hardware outside of the monitors. Replacing my monitors is not an option. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your reply.
Then I recommend you try to enter the device manager to check your monitor devices, if you can find the corresponding devices, you can remove them, and then use the HDMI cable to connect them, to observe whether it can be detected.
If it is still undetectable, it is possible that your laptop's motherboard or USB ports have been damaged to some extent due to slippage.
You can continue to feedback your situation, look forward to your reply.

Hi Leo,
I plugged in the HDMI cord directly to my PC from both monitors. It yielded the same results. When I put the cord into the PC, the monitor will light up, say no connection, and go to sleep. The PC gives no indication of a connection.
Hello, Cody Ostrander.
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Thank you for your description of the problem.
I understand that you are experiencing an undetectable monitor after your laptop slipped and you connected your laptop device to a docking station and then connected other external devices including your monitor through the docking station and can detect your mouse and keyboard.
I noticed that you have tried a lot of troubleshooting methods such as replacing the docking station, power supply and connecting cables. However, these troubleshooting are not complete and since this is designed with multiple devices or cables, we need to perform more tests.
According to your description, there are 3 main reasons why the monitor cannot be detected: a faulty USB port on the laptop device, a faulty dock, and a faulty monitor.
Among them, I presume that the possibility of monitor failure is the lowest, you can check whether the interface of the laptop is faulty by connecting the laptop directly to the monitor.
If the monitor can be detected by direct connection but not by dock connection, it is possible that the dock is faulty, and you can get after-sales support from the dock manufacturer.
The above is one way of troubleshooting that I can offer you, I hope it can help you.
If you need further assistance or you will provide more information, please feel free to let us know and we will follow up on your issue.
Best Regards.
