windows 11 can't connect to the internet. what should i do?
hi! i can't connect to the internet. i can't even troubleshoot. it just says "you're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test" and recommends me to restart my pc, i've tried everything on the internet, restarted my pc multiple times, even reseted my pc, plugged, unplugged, shut it down and kept it like that for an hour. nothing works. i'm using wifi, there is nothing wrong with the wifi, my phone is connecting just fine. yesterday i didn't have any problems, nothing like this ever happened before.

2024-06-02T12:20:59+00:00 If doing a Reset this PC did not work and most methods fail, you may need to consider performing a Clean Installation of Windows 11.
Find another working computer then download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 11". Instructions inside the link.
Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box.
