    I suggest you perform an In-place Upgrade to the latest version (23H2) using a Windows 11 ISO file.

    Don't worry. It's a simple procedure, and you have the option to keep files, settings, and apps. Therefore, all your data is kept.

    (If you have a third-party antivirus installed, temporarily disable it during the entire procedure.)

    Instructions below:

    1. Download the Windows 11 ISO file from the link below;

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    1. Double-click the ISO to run;

    (After running the ISO, you may need to double-click the "Setup" file to start the procedure.)

    1. On the "Install Windows 11" screen, uncheck "I want to help make the installation of Windows better" and select "Change how Windows Setup download updates";
    2. On the next screen, select "Not right now" and click "Next";
    3. Accept the terms of use;
    4. On the "Ready to install" screen, select "Choose what to keep" and select what you want to keep.

    (In this step, select "Keep personal files and apps" so that all your data is kept.)

    1. Click on "Install" and wait for the procedure to finish. Your computer may restart several times.

    At the end of the procedure, your Windows 11 will be in the latest version (23H2), and some updates will already be installed. But check Windows Update to be sure.

    If you get any errors, let me know. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Yes I am using VivoBook_ASUSLaptop X513EAN

    It's an ASUS issue. Some ASUS systems have a malformed "System Model" information embedded into the firmware. This causes Windows Update to repeatedly fail and throw the error code 801901F4.

    You can read more about it here.

    https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-notebooks/windows-update-and-microsoft-store-not-working/td-p/993639 https://www.reddit.com/r/ASUS/comments/111xzs5/changing_fixing_system_model_in_zenbook_biosuefi/

    So, it's up to ASUS to fix this issue. You may contact them to see if a firmware update is available for this problem.

    When the batch file stops at the Pause command at the end, right-click on the title bar, click Edit, Select all, and press Enter.

    Paste (Ctrl + V) the output here.

    Your OS version is 23H2, which is the latest version.

    All you need to do is install the May quality update. As Windows Update is showing an error right now, you can install the update by downloading the offline installer. The link is below:

    2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037771) windows11.0-kb5037771-x64_19a3f100fb8437d059d7ee2b879fe8e48a1bae42.msu

    Install the update and reboot.

    If the Windows Update error remains unresolved, use the batch file in this link to reset Windows Update completely.
