We have a laptop that keeps shutting down and a a look at the event manager showed the following codes at roughly the same time the laptop was shutdown:

Error message: Error code: 0xDC, Sub error code: 0x7C
Error message: Error code: 0xDC, Sub error code: 0xB1
Error message: Error code: 0xE0, Sub error code: 0x4E
Error message: Error code: 0x12D, Sub error code: 0x75

Any ideas on how to solve?

None of the solutions in this thread (a) updating BIOS or (b) downgrading from Windows 11 to 10 work for me. I don't want to downgrade

Lenovo Vantage shows that I have the latest updates for everything (bios, drivers, windows et).

    Bios: Lenovo N2IETA4W (1.82), 2/22/2024

4512 events for nhi in Event Viewer starting from 3/24/2024

    Laptop Thinkpad T14 20N20030US

I highly doubt that Microsoft / Lenovo will collaborate & solve the issue.

Only forum members' solutions I have hopes for.

Hi, I have the same issue on several Lenovo T14s model. It only happens when connected to an external screen through usb-c.

All drivers and bios are updated with the Lenovo Vantage app.
