Hi! I have problem with my wireless headphones and mouse. Mouse is logitech g305 lightspeed and headphones - logitech g435. They have their own usb thing to connect to pc. They are randomly disconnecting from PC for 2-3 seconds and reconnects. I have no idea why this is happening. They are disconnecting not in the same time.

Hi, SzynomMurach .

Welcome to Microsoft support community.

We noticed you are having problem with randomly disconnected USB device, if I understand your situation correctly.

May I know:

• Is this a recent issue for you?
• Is the headphone and mouse both use USB receiver? Because headphone use USB receiver is not so common at least from my knowledge.
• Are you using a laptop or desktop? Do you use any USB-hubs? Because a lot of time this kind of behavior happens because the USB port itself need consistent power supply.

My suggestion for you before any detail on your side.

• One device at a time

Since you have mentioned that those device does not get disconnect at same time, we suggest you keep one device connect to have a try. Also if you are using a laptop please plug-in the power supply to prevent any power saving plan get activated.

• Physical check

We do not know if that is an universal issue for you: Is that happening to specific port, specific device ? Please try different port and maybe other USB device too.

• Power plan

| The reason the USB device is disconnecting and reconnecting maybe because it is not receiving enough amount of power from the system.

1. • Both use recivers but separate ones.
• Tried on diffrent USB ports still happening
• I have usb hub plugged into pc but receviers are not in it.
• I think it's computer issue not headphones or mouse or reciver because it happend on old headphones (same model as new) and on new too (new receiver with new headphones so not receiver fault). I'm using a desktop pc

I did everything and still disconnecting ;/
