Hi, SzynomMurach .
Welcome to Microsoft support community.
We noticed you are having problem with randomly disconnected USB device, if I understand your situation correctly.
May I know:
- Is this a recent issue for you?
- Is the headphone and mouse both use USB receiver? Because headphone use USB receiver is not so common at least from my knowledge.
- Are you using a laptop or desktop? Do you use any USB-hubs? Because a lot of time this kind of behavior happens because the USB port itself need consistent power supply.
My suggestion for you before any detail on your side.
- One device at a time
Since you have mentioned that those device does not get disconnect at same time, we suggest you keep one device connect to have a try. Also if you are using a laptop please plug-in the power supply to prevent any power saving plan get activated.
- Physical check
We do not know if that is an universal issue for you: Is that happening to specific port, specific device ? Please try different port and maybe other USB device too.
- Power plan
