Today randomly my windows and alt key got switched and I've done everything and nothing is working pls help me

Are there Win and Mac keys on your keyboard? Try pressing Fn+Win key (not the Windows logo key) to switch to Windows mode.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. May I ask which keyboard you're using? If your keyboard has a Windows/Mac switch like Keychron, then make sure you have Windows mode enabled. You could also try the following shortcuts and see if any of these solutions work for you:
Fn + A
Fn + S
Fn + L
Fn + W - hold it for 3 seconds
Fn + Space - hold it for 3 seconds
