Good morning! I have unplugged multiple times and removed USB cord multiple times. This device was working just fine yesterday. Today it is not. Is there somewhere I can call? I appreciated your help!

I have downloaded the software for the P-touch 500. When I try to use the printer, it cannot seem to find the driver after multiple downloads.

I have the PT-P700 and here is what it says for using it. No software or drivers to install - just connect via included USB cable to get started. I haven't had any problems with mine.
