Check your desktop and see if you are seeing an icon named Learn about this picture?
If yes, this is a new update for Windows which will automatically change desktop background and you could customize or disable this feature.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am using WIN10 and few days ago a blurry photo came up as (wallpaper?). I hadn't changed anything (maybe a Windows Update? )
I went into control panel and to display settings but I don't see anything to just take out that old photo which i guess is now being used as the background wallpaper.
Any suggestion?
Thanks
Ron

Right click on desktop and click on Personalize and you will see menu which you could select background and you have option to show photos from folder. I believe you have to first check and see how it is configured and you may change it.
Reza, thanks for the response
no icon on the desktop for "learn about this picture". The specific picture that comes up is pretty blurry but I think it looks like some mark I had on the arm from a hospital stay of a month or two ago.
The picture shows up randomly and if I do a restart it goes away. There must be some setting that I should be able to access to toggle this off.
