When I'm playing fortnite my cpu is constantly at 100%. I have a ryzen 7 3700x and a rtx 3070.

Yes, that's worth a try. But before that, let's see if doing a clean boot solves the issue. I've provided the steps below:
Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.msconfig and press Enter.To return to a normal startup after troubleshooting:
Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.This will restore your computer to its normal startup configuration.
Have you tried reducing the graphics settings? Also try turning off any external apps.
Its just fortnite. Ween I play other games like apex legends or the finals I havé not that much cpu usage and my gpu is like 90 %. In fortnite I have 100 cpu and 20 gpu and it crashes.
