Sorry for asking product specific questions but I have tried everything to find a fix and I just can't. Essentially, the product is installed completely properly, TRIPLE CHECKED this fact. All up-to-date drivers are installed for both WiFi and Bluetooth, the card itself is plugged into a USB 2.0 header, the receiver is screwed in, so on and so forth. The WiFi works amazingly well. The bluetooth is nonexistent at this moment. I can only connect my keyboard (which functions fine on bluetooth ive used it on other devices) about half the time on the bluetooth menu, and the other half will disconnect the keyboard shortly after or have horribly laggy typing with an effect as if a key was held down a lot of the time. unusable essentially. It would be much appreciated if someone could help. thank you.
