You can try doing a clean boot to check if any third party apps are doing this issue. Here are the steps to do it. Feel free to let me know if you encounter any issues:
- Open System Configuration:
- Press the Windows key and type msconfig in the search bar.
- Click on System Configuration from the search results.
- General Tab:
- In the General tab, select Selective startup.
- Uncheck the box for Load startup items.
- Ensure that Load system services and Use original boot configuration are checked.
- Services Tab:
- Go to the Services tab.
- Check the box for Hide all Microsoft services at the bottom left.
- Click on Disable all to disable all non-Microsoft services.
- Startup Tab:
- Go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager.
- In Task Manager, disable all startup items by right-clicking each item and selecting Disable.
- Close Task Manager.
- Apply and Restart:
- Back in the System Configuration window, click Apply and then OK.
- Restart your computer.
To revert the changes and return to a normal startup after troubleshooting:
- Open System Configuration:
- Press the Windows key and type msconfig in the search bar.
- Click on System Configuration from the search results
- General Tab:
- In the General tab, select Normal startup.
- Services Tab:
- Go to the Services tab.
- Uncheck the box for Hide all Microsoft services.
- Click on Enable all.
- Startup Tab:
- Go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager.
- In Task Manager, enable all startup items by right-clicking each item and selecting Enable.
- Close Task Manager.
- Apply and Restart:
- Back in the System Configuration window, click Apply and then OK.
- Restart your computer.
