How to download and install a driver for Bluetooth 5.0 Nano USB Adapter

Anonymous

I purchased a Bluetooth 5.0 Nano USB Adapter to use with Sony Wireless Stereo Headset. The Adapter is shown in Windows 10 Devices and Printers, but the headphones do not work. The Windows 10 Troubleshooter says "USB Adapter has a driver problem".

What are the steps to take for downloading and installing a driver?

Does it make sense that a restart is required? Perhaps if I disconnect and reconnect the Adapter after installing the driver, a restart will not be required?

Thanks for your help,

SweetTasha

    Ivan, thanks for your reply,

    You stated

if possible, access the device manager in the unknown tab

I don't know what the unknown tab is. However I took a stab at getting the info. Here's what I found

Perhaps the Update Driver button will get the desired Driver?
