Mine seems to go to a blue screen that says to the effect of "Your system has encountered a problem and will need to restart, with a :( face!" What can I do to stop this from happening. I'm thinking it may have something to do with the fact that I am still running Windows 10 because I don't want to upgrade to Windows 11. But would appreciate your wisdom.
My PC keeps randomly shutting down and restarting straight after?
How can I stop this from happening in the future please?

2024-01-10T06:24:27+00:00 Thanks I appreciate you taking this task upon yourself to help me with Ivan.
Its a direct shut down followed by a very quick restart after so it goes off in the middle of something ie a game or it can be any other activity watching youtube then suddenly switches off and then back on again.
We have also already had the PC down at a professionals called simply fix it, our local PC repair technicians, they have replaced the Power Supply with a brand new one, reinstalled Windows 10 Home edition from a clean install, cleaned out the PC cause it had built up a lot of dust over the years - basic maintenance, and have run it through several stress tests at their end and been fine with it at their end for the majority part.
They also moved the fans and radiator around in the config of the PC because in their opinion the configuration was sub optimal and we still have problems and the thing that is heating up the most is the graphics card from what we can tell but other than that everything else seems to run fine.
I really hope you are able to make another suggestion cause I'm getting to my wits end with the machine and yes its old but it should still not be intermittently shutting down and booting back up all of a sudden during any activity as far as I would have thought.
Look forward to hearing from you soon
Kind Regards
Peter Brunton

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
Shutting down like the BSOD (blue screen) or shutting down directly?
Could you provide more details?

2024-01-08T20:08:47+00:00 HELLO Peter Brunton1 Generally, computer rebooting randomly can be caused by many reasons, for example, the misconfigured automatic restart feature, overheating or a faulty power supply, a faulty RAM, virus or malware infection, driver problems, a Windows update, etc.
