Hello I have been having intermittent crashes occurring for the past few months. I am unsure as to the exact cause but since then I have taken some steps to solve the issues including:

-Running WhoCrashed to analyze potential causes for crashes.
-Fresh install of Windows 11

-Updating drivers via DriverBooster(screenshot linking to the outdated drivers that the application detected and then updated

https://gyazo.com/3976a0c2a1206ac5bc88765ae619a5aa)-Updating motherboard drivers manually through MSI website.

-Upgraded to a new 4070 Super

Still with all these steps I still receive crashes. Below you will see a WhoCrashed report. Thank you for any assistance in solving this matter. My computer specs are also listed within this report.

Hello Dennis Cooley and welcome to the Microsoft Community!

According to your feedback, you are experiencing a computer crash with error code 0x00000050

    You can try the following:

The first is to repair your system and see if you can detect any problems

    1. search for CMD, find the command prompt and select Run as administrator.
    2. Enter the following commands one by one, making sure to execute the next command only after the previous one completes:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    SFC /Scannow

    1. Once the scan is complete, you can check the scan information to see if any issues were detected and fixed.

Secondly, I have seen your posted file information

You have tried reinstalling the system but the problem persists

I suggest you update all your hardware drivers.

Especially the drivers for your motherboard and graphics card.

If you have used overclocking, please disable it first.

You can also do the following tests

    Check your RAM:

Click Windows+R, type MdSched and click enter to open the memory diagnostic tool.

Click Reboot Now and check the problem

Follow the prompts to check, wait for it to complete and check the report to see if any problems are detected.

    Check the hard disk:

Search for cmd and run it in administrator mode

    Type chkdsk c: /f

Wait for the check to complete and see if the problem is checked and fixed.

Disclaimer: Run chkdsk to check the file system and file system metadata of the volume for logical and physical errors. To avoid unnecessary trouble, please follow the above steps step by step, and do not interrupt or cancel during the run, and make a backup of important data.

If the problem still exists, we can't rule out the possibility of a hardware problem.

You may need to do a hardware test offline to see if it is a hardware problem.

We hope you find the above information helpful.
