    Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Thanks for your feedback, We couldn't find any employees matching the description through our internal search, so we have doubts about the reliability of this information.

Microsoft will never proactively reach out to you to provide unsolicited PC or technical support. If you receive a phone call claiming to be from Microsoft, or see a pop-up window on your PC with a fake warning message and a phone number to call and get your “issue” fixed, it’s better to be safe and not click any links or provide any personal information.

Never call a number provided in an error message. Real Microsoft error messages never include a phone number to call.

If you see something that fits the description above, you may have fallen victim to tech support fraud.

You can refer to the following methods to prevent yourself from falling victim to such fraud. https://support.microsoft.com/windows/2ebf91bd-f94c-2a8a-e541-f5c800d18435

I hope everything goes well for you!
