- Remove from Bluetooth Settings:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Find the Wireless Controller in the list of paired devices.
- Click on the three dots next to it and select Remove device.
- Remove from Devices and Printers:
- Press
Win + R, typecontrol printers, and press Enter. - Look for the Wireless Controller in the list of devices.
- Right-click on it and select Remove device.
- Press
- Check for Phantom Devices:
- Sometimes, Bluetooth devices can leave behind phantom entries. To remove these:
- Open Device Manager.
- Go to View and select Show hidden devices.
- Expand Bluetooth and Audio, video, and game controllers.
- Uninstall any unknown or duplicate entries related to the controller.

- If the above steps do not work, you can use third-party software like DS4Windows or DSX to manage and remove the controller. These tools can help in emulating and managing PlayStation controllers on Windows.
