Restore Windows settings from old Laptop to new Laptop

I had a Windows 10 laptop for a few years and just purchased a laptop that has Windows 11 on it. I made a big mistake of not restoring the settings from my old laptop to the new laptop during the setup process. I did log into my Microsoft account during setup but skipped restoring the settings from the old Laptop. I now wish I had restored it so that the look and feel of this new laptop looks close to the old laptop. Is there still a way to do it now that I have completed the setup?

    Hello, this is Emily.

I would like to clarify though - when you said look and feel, unfortunately Windows 11 sync settings don't include color and themes. That's for Windows 10 < > Windows 10 only.

You can refer to this document to see what's all synced: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/abo...

You can still go to Settings > Accounts > Backup to turn on remember my apps and my preferences to sync other settings. If you want to sync your data over from Windows 10 to 11, you will need to set up OneDrive to allow the data to sync over. Be cautious when you use OneDrive, it will by default sync your new computer's shell folders too, which is your documents, desktop, pictures. If you don't want that, go to OneDrive settings >Sync and Backup tab > Manage Backup button, turn them off there.
