Take a screenshort without saving it in the computer

I previously used Windows 10 and utilized the shortcuts Ctrl + Alt + A or Ctrl + Shift + A to capture a screenshot or a portion of the screen. This would prompt an option to copy it, allowing me to paste it elsewhere. However, these shortcuts no longer seem to function. Could anyone explain what occurred with this feature? I just don't want to save the pictures in my computer

    Hi

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

These two shortcut combinations are not the screenshot combinations that come with Microsoft. Have you used some third-party software to assist you in taking screenshots before? You can refer to this article for the shortcut keys of the Microsoft screenshot tool.

If you want to use this shortcut to take a screenshot, you can use the screenshot function of Edge, which should not be saved locally. You can refer to my settings to go to this website to set related functions.
