Have you tried EXIFTool?
Can't remove File Properties
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2
Installed on 7/23/2023
OS build 22631.3737
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1009.0
When attempting to remove File Properties by following these steps:
File > Properties > Details > Remove Properties and Personal Information > Remove the following properties from this file > Select All > OK
The title, which contains the college that I go to, is not removed from the file's properties, even when trying the other option to "Create a copy with all possible properties removed". I would like to get this title removed from the file, so that I can share this file to other social media, without having to show what college I go to.

No, this file is an audio file (.wav), and there is no office application available that I know of that can edit an audio file's properties
There are at least 8 types of WAV metadata. The Windows file properties dialog can show only one type - the "RIFF INFO" type. Mp3tag can be used to edit this type, but if you want a higher certainty that other types of metadata are not in the file, you better use a specialized WAV metadata remover like BatchPurifier.

Office apps can't remove the .wav file metadata. You need a third-party app like Mp3Tag, FFmpeg.exe, or a similar program to remove metadata from .wav files.

If this is for an Office file type, please try the Document Inspector feature.
Remove hidden data and personal information by inspecting documents, presentations, or workbooks - Microsoft Support:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/remo...
To open the Document Inspector in Office apps:
Choose the File tab, and then choose Info.
Choose Check for Issues.
Choose Inspect Document.
Use the Document Inspector dialog box to select the type or types of data to find in the document.
