When I try to download roblox, it will say "Retry", so I click it. It will spin and say "Pending" then "Acquiring License" then it will say "retry" again. Under the retry button it says "there has been an error, See details" Ill click "see Details" and it says a error code. Code: 0xC0EA000A is the code. I tried researching but it never worked. How do I fix this?

Yes i think it is specific to roblox. I have downloaded Netflix, Spotify, Hulu and none of this has happened with other apps other than Roblox.

    Hi,

Is the error specific to downloading Roblox? Have you tried downloading other apps to see if you encounter the same error?

    Thanks for replying!

I tried everything you said to do and it still isn’t working. I did just get my Windows 11 today so there isn’t anything on here if that helps figure out the problem.

Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please make sure to update Windows to the latest version. Click Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates and install any available updates.

You can also try resetting Windows store cache then try downloading the game again and see if it fixes the issue. Press Windows key + R to open the Run command window. Type wsreset.exe and click OK. Simply wait for the process to complete then download the game again from the Microsoft store. Let me know if this works. If not, please feel free to reply and I'll be happy to provide further assistance. Thank you.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)
