Severe AMD/NVIDIA Driver Corruption

I am operating on a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and an RTX 3060 Laptop GPU. Yesterday evening I started getting BSOD when starting up certain games. I looked up the error codes provided in the dump file and it seemed that the graphics drivers may have been corrupted somehow, or need updating. The solutions involved doing a clean install of the driver. When I did so, I received the message that "Windows update may have automatically replaced your AMD graphics driver". I ran the AMD software compatibility tool and it says "unable to detect active AMD display driver". Sure enough, looking at device manager, there is no integrated graphics driver installed from my AMD CPU, only the driver for the RTX GPU. I can only assume that the clean install removed it. The BSOD persists when I try to open games. I have tried installing new chipset drivers by uninstalling AMD software (which I could no longer open) and reinstalling AMD adrenalin software, but that did not work.

I have hybrid mode turned off due to issues when games lose focus, so the computer should only be using my RTX GPU for graphics, so I'm not sure why a lack of integrated graphics would be causing this issue, but I have installed the latest NVIDIA drivers twice and it has not helped.

I am going on a long roadtrip back home today, and when I arrive back I am planning to perform a system restore. Please offer any solutions you have, but I will be unable to respond for many hours.

Download the AMD graphics card from the AMD site and install it.

A system restore has resolved the BSOD issue, however there are still no integrated graphics drivers installed. I am unsure what to do from here but there doesn't seem to be any more issue.
