Thanks for trying to help. But unfortunatly  Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth doesn't appear in Cubase 13. I've tried all suggested steps. Also inactivated/activated Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth in device manager, but no. Best regards

Hi, Asher. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.

To use the Microsoft Wavetable Synthesizer in Cubase 13 on Windows 11, you need to ensure that it is properly installed and configured. Here's how you can activate and set up the Microsoft Wavetable Synthesizer:

    Step 1: Check Windows Features

    Open Windows Settings:

Press Win + I to open the Settings app.

    Navigate to Apps & Features:

Go to Apps > Apps & Features.

    Check Optional Features:

Scroll down and click on Optional features.

Look for Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth in the list.

If it's not listed, it means it's not installed.

    Install Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth:

    Click on Add a feature.

Search for Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth.

    Select it and click Install.

Step 2: Set Up in Cubase 13

    Open Cubase 13:

Launch Cubase 13 on your computer.

    Configure MIDI Device:

Go to Studio > Studio Setup.

    Click on MIDI Port Setup.

Make sure that Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth is listed as an available MIDI output device.

If it's not listed, you may need to add it manually.

    Select Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth:

In your Cubase project, open the MIDI track or instrument track where you want to use the Microsoft Wavetable Synthesizer.

In the MIDI output settings for the track, select Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth as the output device.

    Step 3: Test and Use

    Test the Setup:

Play some MIDI notes in your Cubase project.

You should hear sound coming from the Microsoft Wavetable Synthesizer.

    Adjust Settings as Needed:

Explore the settings and features of the Microsoft Wavetable Synthesizer within Cubase.

Adjust parameters such as instrument selection, volume, pan, and effects to achieve the desired sound.

    Hope it helps.
