Dear Microsoft

saya ingin masuk ke akun microsoft saya,

akun saya : ry********@gmail.com

nomor telepon yang terdaftar : 08********

Saya tidak dapat masuk ke akun microsoft saya dan di katakan akun saya terkunci, saya juga tidak dapat verifikasi menggunakan nomor telepon dan muncul kaliamat "Coba metode verifikasi lain".

mohon dibantu untuk solusinya

    Saya juga memiliki masalah yang sama, namun ketika saya melakukan saran diatas dengan mengisi link Recover your account (live.com) dan juga sudah memulihkan dengan mengganti password, akun saya tetap terkunci dan muncul masalah yang sama seperti diatas lagi. Bagaimana ya solusinya?
