How to fix " 6062- lso was triggered"?

Hello, since late April I've been experiencing network issues. Yes everything is updated and for some reason my internet randomly goes out for a few seconds then connects back. This happens randomly, sometimes it takes 10 minutes and sometimes a few hours. I checked my administrative events and it's fill with warnings from my network all mentioning 6062-lso was triggered. This started happening out of nowhere and I didn't do anything besides updating windows and my drivers. I've tried all the help from google searches and none helped my case. I wanted to stop by here before contacting support to see if I can get help with this.

    The outdated version of Bios could be the cause of the problem. There is a new version of the Bios on the Asus website to "Improve system stability, compatibility, and stability". Downloading and installing the latest version of Bios (3607) from this link should fix the problem.

    Then you can use the "Auto-Detect and Install Driver Updates for AMD" from this link to install the latest version of the Chipset driver.

    I am on desktop and my motherboard is ASUS PRIME B550M-A (WI-FI).

    Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?

    Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

    2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

    And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

    2-Click to expand the Network adapters

    3-Right-click on the Wifi/Ethernet driver and click on properties

    4-Take a screenshot of the General

    5- Go to the Driver tab and take a screenshot
