I'm Not Able To Get The Free Trial Subscription To Create A Realms World To Play With My Friends On Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

I recently decided to get minecraft realms (free trial) on bedrock edition from my pc and for some reason when i added my payment method (Debit card) and clicked on "buy" it didnt actually load and there was just a white type of window with nothing written on it. Any ideas what the problem may be?

    Thx for the Help. I just checked and i saw that my bank didnt block the purchase so i'm at a loss here. Also i tried the wsreset you told me... Nothing happened to be honest, still the exact same problem. Can i saw you a picture?Here:

    I found something called "Windows Update"(without service)and i restarted it but I didnt find Windows Store Service.If I still dont get it fixed ill try reinstalling minecraft and see what will happen.

    Hello Vaggelis, I'm Johrelle a fellow Windows/Microsoft user. I'm happy to assist you.

    Make sure the card information is correct. Check if your bank has any blocks on online transactions or subscriptions. Try a different payment method if possible.

    You can also close Minecraft and Microsoft Store and restart your computer. Check if you can purchase the Realms subscription again. If that doesn't work, try clearing the Microsoft Store cache. Press Windows Key + R to open the run dialogue. Type "wsreset.exe" and press enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache and check if you're able to purchase again.
