Split screen feature no longer working

I was using the short hand key windows arrow to get split screen and it is no longer functional. I made many attempts to fix this issue and nothing is working.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open the Settings App, then go to System - Multitasking.

    Is Windows Snap and all its options enabled in there?

    If there is an Fn key on your keyboard, try pressing Fn + Esc to clear the function lock, then try using Windows + Arrow key to see if it is working.

    If not, what type of keyboard are oyu using, is that built into a laptop or an external keyboard and if so, what is the make of the keyboard.

    I am using a Hi76 Lego Bog Keyboard. There is not an Fn key on the keyboard and what is strange is the split screen windows key and arrow was functional up until this morning.

    Yes and all of the boxes are checked. I also tried changing the display resolution and re-started windows explorer twice and re-started my computer twice
