Asus update check.exe delete this virus ?

My problem is the AsusUpdateCheck.exe it can’t be disabled or deleted it is turning every time again this **** is slowing my pc in the shutdown any Solutions there ?

    Actually I solved the problem

    The solution was to go in the bios and turn Asus grid install service off in tools

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    AsusUpdateCheck.exe is not part of Windows it is part of some Asus utility that is installed on your PC, like the AI Suite, to remove that process, you would need to find and uninstall whatever Asus OEM software is installed on your PC then if you want to continue using the Asus utilities, re-install the latest version from the support page fro your PC.
