I just purchased the Logitech Z407 Bluetooth Speakers. After setting up the speakers. I paired the speakers with the Dell 14 Inspiron Laptop. Intially I was able to get sound through the speakers. I tested my speakers with an Ion turntable. This was when I couldn't get sound. I then installed the Windows cumulative update(KB5039895). I installed a Dell Recovery plugin and graphics driver my Dell.

Hello! I'm Manoel Barros, a user with experience in Microsoft products. I will help you with your problem!

First of all, test your new speakers on another device to make sure the problem is with the speaker or Windows.

After that, let's move on to the first steps.

First of all, update Windows again to resolve bugs and add features.

    1. Open System Configuration > Click ''Update & Security'' > ''Windows Update'' > ''Check for Updates''.
    2. Download all available updates. Click on the ''Show optional updates'' option (marked in blue) if you have > Select all drivers > Click on ''Download and Install''.

    Reinstall Audio Driver

    1. Search “Device Manager” in the search bar > Click the icon > Expand the “Sound, video and game controllers” tab.
    2. Right-click on the first sound device > Select "Uninstall device" > Check "Try to remove the driver for this device" > Confirm.
    • Do this with everyone on this tab.
    1. Restart your computer
    2. Download and install Intel Driver Assistant to install the sound driver for your device.

    • Install the Assistant > Open the Assistant to check for updates > Install any updates it recommends.
    1. Restart your computer.

I look forward to your feedback on the issue. Don't forget to let me know if your problem has been resolved!

I tried iit on another laptop and it worked. Initially I was able to receive sound. I installed several Dell drivers.. I updated with Dell Support Assist and did a system restores. I checked Bluetooth services and restarted. I uninstalled and reinstalled audio devices. Is there a certain input when I’m connecting Bluetooth speakers? I have a Dell 14 Inspiron with Windows 11
