How to Fix Windows 11 Apps and Features Missing?

I need help getting Apps and Features back on my PC because it is missing for some reason. I have tried this methods and none of them worked

Update Your Windows 11 ,Run SFC, Modify Windows Registry , Reset Windows Security Method,

Please Help
