    Hello,DarkGhostJay

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand that your computer has been having blue screen problems. Don't worry, we will help you.

To locate the cause of the problem, we need your cooperation to collect more detailed error logs in the system for analysis. Follow the steps below to collect blue screen logs and upload them to the cloud to share with me. We will help you analyze the error.

Steps to get the error log: Left-click "Start" - "Settings" - Click "System" - "System Information" - "Advanced System Settings" - "Settings" in the "Startup and Repair" option box - Adjust "Write Error Information" to "Memory Dump" - Click "OK". After the BSOD error occurs again, the system will automatically collect the error information and store it in the Minidump folder under the C drive. You can share this file with me

After you refer to the above steps, you can share some information in this thread and I will answer your questions further. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

No Minidump or memory.dmp files are being created, but when my pc bluescreens two files are modified to that time, the files are called bootstat and setupact

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

Blue screen errors can occur for various reasons. To isolate the issue, it is recommended to share the minidump files for analysis. These files can help determine the exact cause of the crash, which is often related to a driver problem. By analyzing the dump files, we can identify which driver is causing the issue.

See, how to share minidump files in the community forum.
