Hello Zain Ul Abedieen and welcome to the Microsoft Community!
According to your feedback, you are experiencing a problem with your computer's driver not starting up
This may be due to the fact that you have installed a third-party driver.
First of all, you can try to update the driver for your computer's chipset by going to the official website of the computer's brand.
Check if you can download and install it
If the driver is already the latest version
You can try to contact the manufacturer of the device to provide you with the old version of the driver.
This may be due to incompatibility between the new version of the driver and your computer.
In addition
It is also possible that a third-party security program may be interfering with the driver.
We recommend that you try to close the third-party security application and perform a clean boot to see if you can return to normal:
Disclaimer: Perform the following steps to temporarily turn off the antivirus protection in your protection software in order to help you find out the cause of the problem, but keep in mind that by turning off this feature, your device may be vulnerable to threats. Please turn on the protection as soon as the problem is resolved.
Perform a clean boot
Do the following
- Tap Windows+R and type msconfig.
- Open System Configuration and select General tab - Selective Startup.
- Remove the checkmark of Load startup items.
- Go to the Services tab - click Hide all microsoft services in the lower left corner, and then click Disable all.
- Click OK and restart your computer. (Be sure to select Hide all microsoft services first and then click Disable all, otherwise it may lead to unforeseen problems such as not being able to access the system.)
- Check if the problem will reappear.
DISCLAIMER: Clean Boot is a way to start Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if background programs are interfering with your games or programs and help you figure out the cause of the problem. It will help you get back on track.
I hope you find the above information helpful
