I paired my phone to my PC by Bluetooth so I could use the calling feature but every 5 or 10 sec it unpairs my phone and ask me to repair by confirming the codes. How do I stop this from happening I tried removing the phone from my pc and completely disconnecting it from Bluetooth but the same issue keeps happening.

Hi, How are you? I am Alan. I will be happy to assist you today. I appreciate your contact!

Let's remove paired devices, on your PC, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, find your phone in the list of paired devices and click "Remove device". On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and remove the PC from the list of paired devices.

Turn off Bluetooth on your PC and your phone, restart both devices.

Are the Bluetooth drivers up to date?

On PC, open "Device Manager" (right-click on the Start menu and select "Device Manager"), find "Bluetooth" in the list and expand it. Right-click each Bluetooth device listed and select "Update Driver", choose "Search automatically for updated driver software" and follow the instructions.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to check for updates specific to your phone's Bluetooth firmware or your PC's Bluetooth adapter. Also, if there is any manufacturer-specific software for managing Bluetooth connections, consider using it for more stable pairing.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

    Best,

    Alan
