2024-07-24T05:42:42+00:00 I have done just that and have found that I have had to upload the images i've made onto the 'my media' option in designer and then they get saved to the 'my stuff' folder even though previously there was a 'generated images' folder.

2024-07-22T04:20:58+00:00 Hi,
I am Tanvi, and I would be happy to assist you today!
A simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary glitches that might be causing the saving issue.
- Check the OneDrive File Location:
- Open the OneDrive app on your computer.
- Click on "Settings" (gear icon) and then "Settings."
- Under the "Account" tab, verify the default save location for OneDrive files.
- Make sure it's set to the specific folder you want your Microsoft Designer projects to be saved.
Sometimes, a simple refresh can resolve syncing issues.
Right-click on the OneDrive icon in the taskbar (system tray) and select "Refresh."
- Re-link Microsoft Designer and OneDrive:
- Close Microsoft Designer.
- Right-click on the OneDrive icon in the taskbar and select "Settings" or "Preferences" (depending on your version).
- Click on "Choose folders" and uncheck the folder where Microsoft Designer projects are currently saving incorrectly.
- Close the OneDrive settings.
- Open Microsoft Designer and try saving a new project. You'll be prompted to choose a save location. Select the desired folder within your OneDrive.
- Reset Microsoft Designer: If the above steps don't work, try resetting Microsoft Designer. This will clear any temporary data or settings causing the saving issue. Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Designer > Advanced options. Click on "Reset" and confirm. After resetting, launch Microsoft Designer and try saving a project again.
Ensure you have enough storage space in your OneDrive account to accommodate your Microsoft Designer projects.
Additionally, Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Designer installed. Outdated versions might have bugs that affect saving functionality.
Open Microsoft Designer and check for updates within the app (if available). You can also search for updates in the Microsoft Store.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you have any other queries.
Good Day
