1 month ago I reset my laptop and after resetting I couldn't see my game (lego star wars the skywalker saga) that I bought from microsoft store. I paid 20 euros for it and now I don't have it. Can somebody help me.

After a reset, you have to reinstall your apps. You should be able to install it again. In your Microsoft Store app, as long as you are using the same Microsoft account, you should be able to find the game, and the installation option should be offered to you. Let me know if it works out. If not, there might be other issue we have to look further into.
