I recently reinstalled Windows and when I try to install a game using the Xbox App or the MS Store it gives me the error 0x80070002.
I tried everything, I reinstalled windows 10 times now, reinstalled every service, followed every tutorial, but it still gives me the same error.
Please if someone had the same issue help me out!

Hi Balan.
Thank you for reaching out here in the Microsoft Community.
I have reviewed your issue and you are having installation failures and reporting errors while trying to install some applications.
I noticed that you tried the services related to restarting Windows Update that our other support staff provided you with, and also you tried reinstalling the system many times, but the issue is still not resolved. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this issue, and I appreciate that the current situation is frustrating.
We believe that there may be some errors in the system image file that you are using to reinstall the system, please refer to the link below and try an in-place upgrade.
Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides:
How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 - Microsoft Community
If the in-place upgrade still doesn't solve your problem, please back up your data first, then take out your hard drive, plug it into another computer, format it completely, and then use a USB drive to recreate a system installation media as described in the following link.
Windows 11 Clean Installation (microsoft.com)
After creating the installation media, please insert the formatted hard disk and the USB installation media into your computer, and then boot up your computer, and according to the motherboard's manual, or the manufacturer's instruction, go to the BIOS setup, and set the USB drive as a boot device in the BIOS setup, and reinstall the system in this way.
You can refer to the following link to see the related steps

Disclaimer: At this point, we have exhausted all troubleshooting and I recommend that we try to perform a clean install to get your computer back into a working condition. Please ensure that you backup any important data, including Documents, Pictures, Videos, and more.
It is also possible that you are having some problems with your Microsoft account, please create a new Microsoft account and log in with the new Microsoft account to see if you have the same problem.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

It is about all apps. Thanks for trying to solve my problem!
Hi Balan_30
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Unfortunately, these options have not solved the problem you are experiencing.
It seems that none of the troubleshooting on the system side is solving the problem at this point, and it seems that you have tried several times to do a fresh install of Windows yourself.
I'm not sure if you're having problems installing all games or apps here, or just the last one you mentioned, Minecraft.
Perhaps you could try contacting Minecraft Support for assistance.
Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

No, still the same error.
By now I just give up, already canceled my subscriptions, until I fix the problem, I'm not going to renew.
I still own minecraft so if you got any further ideas, i can try them.
Thanks for all the help!
