In your description, you failed in your attempt to install the RONGTA POS printer and were prompted with AddMonitor error = 1805 and also a 1797 printer error.
Since both computers were unable to install this printer, then this is most likely a problem with the printer itself.
Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot from the service and driver side.

Check if the printer can be installed normally

After installing the latest driver, if you still can't install this printer, please refer to the following steps to check if the related services are on.
1 Press Win + R, enter the following command, and then press Enter.
services.msc
2 In the Services page that opens, make sure that the Print Spooler service is running. If it is not, start it and set it to Automatic.
3 Run the printer troubleshooting program:
For Windows 11: Right-click the Start button, go to Settings > System > Troubleshooting > Other Troubleshooters > Select Printer, and then run the troubleshooter.
For Windows 10: Go to Settings > Update and Security > Troubleshooting > Other Troubleshooters > Select Printer, and then run the troubleshooter.
4 If the above troubleshooting does not solve your problem, please refer to the following steps to add a printer manually
5 Right-click the Start button, select Settings, click Bluetooth & devices on the left, and then click "Printers & scanners" on the right.
6 in Add a printer or scanner right, click Add device button, if found for you, click Add manually
7 Then follow the prompts to complete the operation of adding a printer.
