Intel Graphics Control Panel download button missing in microsoft store

i cant search for it in microsoft store, it doesnt show up, but when i open a link to intel graphics control panel, there is no download button, which only happens for this program. i tried using a vpn as well.

    As per Intel's website, "For 6th Generation Intel:registered: Core Processors and newer: The Intel:registered: Graphics Control Panel has been discontinued from the Microsoft and has been replaced with the Intel:registered: Graphics Command Center."
