When accesing Wi'Fi Properties menu, the Properties button is grayed out. How can I enable it ?

The Properties button will not be available for the "Client for Microsoft networks" option, which is the current selection in that listing.
Let me know what exactly you're trying to configure in your Wi-Fi properties.
Note:
If you're trying to change the IP or DNS, select IPv4 or IPv6 and click Properties.
