    Hey Sumit

Thank you for your response, my major requirement is to use video editor. I tried Adobe, Clipchamp and Caput, but the video lags on every platform. I got an error "Because the video is of high quality laptop cannot process it. In past, there has been no issue so not sure what's happening now.

    Hi Shivali,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Slow and laggy means the High quality video is not supported by your Laptop.

    Run VLC Media player:

    https://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Does it play in the VLC correctly?

I am looking forward to your response and am committed to working with you until we resolve this.
